Unlock.Life was a Danish subscription based product for new parents, the aim of which was to select a handpicked range of toys and products that had been carefully chosen to compliment each stage of their child’s development and deliver them at the appropriate time. The subscription included a range of books by a leading Danish child development specialist.
As the lead designer on this project, I was tasked with creating a brand identity that embodied the imagination and wonder of childhood while communicating values of quality, creativity, development and trust. This was achieved through the use of clean and uncluttered layouts featuring quality photography of children at play combined with naive illustration and typographic styles.
A website was designed that would allow users to purchase or gift subscriptions on a monthly basis as well as providing a basic blog space in which to talk about the products provided.
