HealthHero is the leading digital-first healthcare provider in Europe, their aim is to provide high quality healthcare through a unique combination of clinical expertise and smart technology.
In early 2021 I was hired by HealthHero to create a new illustration and icon language for a sub-brand that was undergoing a major brand refresh. Within a few months, my role had expanded to include other recently acquired sub-brands and ultimately a full-time position as design specialist.
Over the past few years HealthHero has undergone a major company restructuring and subsequent rebranding exercise. In addition to my role as brand guardian, I have been responsible for implementing the brand throughout the organisation and providing design guidance as the brand rolled out into new European markets. I was additionally tasked with the brand development of our app, Symbio, which I worked on alongside our French product team.
I am currently involved in all design tasks across the company; from creating content for social media to producing prototypes for new B2C propositions that will go into production in 2025. My other responsibilities include; supporting marketing, sales and management teams with assets ranging from ads and pitch decks to animations and event resources.
